Other Activities Outside of EXO:

ACTING

In 2016, he filmed a movie Catman and a drama Dear Archimedes.  Both are set to premiere this year, but both are also South Korean and Chinese collaborations.  So given the THAAD disagreement between the two countries, it’s likely that it might be a while before we see either.

NOTED VARIETY SHOW APPEARANCES:

2014:

Running Man (SBS), Episode 209 – A variety show with a fixed cast and guests who complete missions during themed episodes.  This episode saw the cast competing against the “old idols” from the 1st generation of K-pop and the “new idols.” Sehun was on team “new idol” with Sistar’s Soyou, Shinee’s Taemin, and fellow member Kai.

2015:

Appeared on Entertainment Weekly with members Baekhyun and Kai to promote “Lightsaber.”

2016:

Yummy Yummy – This is a Chinese food show, but I put it here because it’s hilarious.

EXOMENTARY (V-Live) – EXO’s television show to promote “Monster.”  He was the focus of Episodes 1 and 10 (it’s V-Live+, so you have to pay to watch it).

The Viewable SM – A chat show with other SM Artists.  Appeared with members Chen and Chanyeol.

2017:

Hello Counselor (KBS) / A talk show where celebrity guests give people advice based on various situations. Appeared with Suho.

Some other things because he’s my bias he’s not as active as the other members:

*Modeling/Fashion: Sehun is known to be super fashionable, and he’s recently gotten several magazine solo covers (Vogue Korea, L’Optimum Magazine ThailandMarie Claire Korea, and SuperElle)

*Popularity/Awards: Sehun is quite popular and has won two prizes at the Gaon Chart Music Awards – the Weibo Kpop Star Award and the Artist of Fans’ Choice (Individual).
